Getting Started

Initial Login

  1. Open your web browser and navigate to your AkBulut installation URL
  2. Enter your username and password
  3. Click Login or press Enter

Understanding the Interface

The AkBulut interface consists of a top header bar, left sidebar navigation, and main content area.

Dashboard

The Dashboard is your command center, providing an overview of your business performance.

Dashboard Components

  • Summary Cards - Key financial metrics
  • Sales Charts - Visual representation of sales trends
  • Date Filter - View metrics for specific periods
  • Additional Widgets - Low stock alerts, payment dues, etc.

Product Management

Manage your product catalog, including variations, categories, and pricing.

Adding a Product

  1. Click Products → Add Product
  2. Fill in product details (name, SKU, price, category)
  3. Set stock management options
  4. Click Save

Sales Management

Manage your sales process, from quotations to invoices.

Creating a Sale

  1. Click Sell → Add Sale
  2. Select customer (or use walk-in)
  3. Add products and quantities
  4. Enter payment details
  5. Click Save to complete

Purchase Management

Manage your procurement process, from purchase orders to receiving goods.

Recording a Purchase

  1. Click Purchases → Add Purchase
  2. Select supplier
  3. Add products and quantities
  4. Enter payment information
  5. Save the purchase

Point of Sale (POS)

The POS system is designed for retail operations with a touch-friendly interface.

Making a POS Sale

  1. Click Sell → POS Sale
  2. Select customer or use walk-in
  3. Add products by clicking or scanning barcode
  4. Click Pay and select payment method
  5. Complete the sale
