Getting Started
Initial Login
- Open your web browser and navigate to your AkBulut installation URL
- Enter your username and password
- Click Login or press Enter
Understanding the Interface
The AkBulut interface consists of a top header bar, left sidebar navigation, and main content area.
Dashboard
The Dashboard is your command center, providing an overview of your business performance.
Dashboard Components
- Summary Cards - Key financial metrics
- Sales Charts - Visual representation of sales trends
- Date Filter - View metrics for specific periods
- Additional Widgets - Low stock alerts, payment dues, etc.
Product Management
Manage your product catalog, including variations, categories, and pricing.
Adding a Product
- Click Products → Add Product
- Fill in product details (name, SKU, price, category)
- Set stock management options
- Click Save
Sales Management
Manage your sales process, from quotations to invoices.
Creating a Sale
- Click Sell → Add Sale
- Select customer (or use walk-in)
- Add products and quantities
- Enter payment details
- Click Save to complete
Purchase Management
Manage your procurement process, from purchase orders to receiving goods.
Recording a Purchase
- Click Purchases → Add Purchase
- Select supplier
- Add products and quantities
- Enter payment information
- Save the purchase
Point of Sale (POS)
The POS system is designed for retail operations with a touch-friendly interface.
Making a POS Sale
- Click Sell → POS Sale
- Select customer or use walk-in
- Add products by clicking or scanning barcode
- Click Pay and select payment method
- Complete the sale
